| The rent includes linen, towles and utilities (water, electricity and gas); there is a charge of 15 Euro for cleaning the apartment after checkout. During the wintertime (October-April) there is an additional cost of 10 Euros/week for the indipendent heating. On request, we can provide extra services: customized cleaning service, a free baby cot with linen. During the summertime the apartment is rented on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) but we have flexibility with length and change-over day, please ask. Payment Usually to reserve the apartment is request a down-payment of approximately 30% of the entire amount. That payment can be done via PayPal or bank transfer.The balance can be paid at your arrival. In & Out We really appreciate if you can check-in after 3.30 PM and check out within 10.00 AM. Parking Suitcases can be dropped off at the apartment but free parking for non-residents is only available outside town walls (2 min. walking from the house - at the beginning of Via di San Biagio). |
